This Subscriber Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between VoxPoint LLC ("we," "us," "VoxPoint") and the entity or individual identified in the checkout or signature block below ("Subscriber"). By signing or by accepting this Agreement at checkout, Subscriber agrees to the terms herein.

1. Parties

This Agreement is between:

  • VoxPoint LLC: a Washington limited liability company operating the VoxPoint platform, a SaaS service for field service businesses, accessible at voxpoint.org.
  • Subscriber: the business entity or individual identified in the accepted checkout or signature block at the end of this Agreement, who is creating or has created a VoxPoint account.

2. Service

VoxPoint provides a cloud-based operations platform for service businesses, including:

  • Estimates, work orders, and invoicing
  • Inventory and expense management
  • Team scheduling and calendar
  • Client Portal for customer-facing document sharing and payment collection
  • Vendor management and reporting
  • Developer Program and API access (if enabled)

Optional add-ons selected by Subscriber at sign-up or through Settings are incorporated into this Agreement upon activation. Features may vary by subscription tier and are subject to change with reasonable notice as provided in the Terms of Service.

3. Fees

Subscriber agrees to pay the fees for the selected plan, billed in advance via Stripe for the monthly or annual interval confirmed at checkout. Existing subscribers may retain pricing under their existing subscription agreement:

ItemPriceNotes
Solo$49 per month or $490 per yearOne included staff member; features follow the Solo plan
Team$99 per month or $990 per yearFive included staff members; features follow the Team plan
Optional add-ons and SMSAs disclosed before activationWhen offered and selected, the accepted offer identifies the allowance, usage rates, registration costs, and billing interval
  • Pricing is subject to change with at least 30 days' written notice via email or in-app notification.
  • Refunds, billing corrections, and cancellation of monthly, annual, and add-on charges are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  • Changes to a plan or seat count may result in prorated charges or account credits shown in billing; an account credit is not a cash refund.
  • Any SMS overages or registration charges follow the terms accepted before activation; authorized charges already incurred remain payable after cancellation.

Platform Transaction Fee

VoxPoint charges 0.4% of the amount actually charged to the customer, rounded to the nearest cent, through supported Stripe Connect payment flows. Stripe fees vary; passing a service fee to a customer does not guarantee a particular net payout. Subscriber is the merchant responsible for the underlying work, customer refunds, lawful surcharges, disputes, evidence deadlines, and negative balances as described in the merchant payment terms. Refunding a customer does not automatically return the VoxPoint platform fee or Stripe's fees.

4. Term and Cancellation

This Agreement commences on the date Subscriber activates their account and continues on a monthly or annual basis according to the selected billing interval, renewing automatically each billing period unless cancelled.

  • An authorized owner may cancel renewal via Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription, or contact cfarris@voxpoint.org for help before renewal.
  • Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Cancelling a monthly or annual plan does not entitle you to a prorated refund, except under the Refund and Cancellation Policy or applicable law.
  • Export needed data before paid access ends. Afterwards, self-service exports may be unavailable; an authorized owner may request an available export under the cancellation and data procedures.
  • Cancellation does not itself delete organization data. Personal-profile and organization deletion requests are separate and subject to authorization checks, permitted retention, and the Privacy Policy.
  • Suspension or termination for breach, nonpayment, fraud, security, or legal requirements follows the Terms of Service.

5. Data and Privacy

Subscriber retains full ownership of all business data created within the platform, including customer records, estimates, invoices, work orders, and all other business content.

  • VoxPoint processes Subscriber data solely to provide and improve the platform, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • VoxPoint will not sell Subscriber's business data to third parties.
  • Service providers and data handling are described in the Privacy Policy. A member's profile deletion does not delete the organization's business records.

6. Acceptable Use

Subscriber's use of VoxPoint is subject to the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy, both incorporated herein by reference. Subscriber is responsible for all activity under their account and for ensuring compliance by their team members. The subscriber indemnification terms cover qualifying third-party claims arising from Subscriber's customer work, content, messages, surcharges, taxes, privacy violations, or other unlawful conduct.

7. Governing Law

The Washington law and dispute-resolution provisions in the Terms of Service apply to this Agreement, including informal notice, Clark County state courts or the specified federal court, and preserved small-claims rights. There is no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver under these agreements.
